About the position

The Client Lead, Vice President position at Alpha Services is a senior role focused on managing client relationships in North America. The role involves problem-solving complex business queries, developing departmental objectives, and implementing process improvements to meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support Alpha client relationships in North America.
  • Manage extensive customer interactions and internal support functions.
  • Solve complex business and relationship queries.
  • Develop and maintain external relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of departmental objectives and oversee process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service levels and address business issues.
  • Champion client inquiries and ensure resolution of client-facing problems.
  • Assist with change management for clients as needed.
  • Influence opportunities to enhance service delivery quality and productivity.
  • Oversee client-facing issues including operational control framework issues and reporting outages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6-8 years of financial services experience in relationship management, operations, technology, product management, or project capacity.
  • Strong understanding of middle office services preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence others effectively.
  • Deadline-oriented with strong problem resolution skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry best practices.
  • Ability to prepare and present discussions on key issues.
