Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking an Alternate Program Manager to support federal law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico.   • Serve as the liaison between the Program Manager and project team members.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating project plans.
  • Help to identify risks and issues associated with the program, and work with the Program Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any potential safety or federal compliance issues.
  • Participate in program reviews and audits, providing input and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation of quality assurance procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Have the authority to speak for and act for the Contractor in all matters related to providing services under this contract.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all contractual obligations and Government regulations while maintaining proper documentation and performance records of contract personnel.
  • Be available within 30 minutes during duty hours and within 2 hours for after-hours emergencies.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating key operational areas, including firearms operations, vehicle maintenance, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as an Alternate Program Manager on similar size Federal Contracts or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Alternate Program Manager on Federal Contracts or project/program management experience in a government, military, or law enforcement training environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and a working knowledge typical of work under this contract (e.g., Firearms, Vehicle Maintenance, Scheduling, Transportation, Inventory).
  • Experience managing federal contracts and personnel in a structured environment.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Physically able to perform assigned work.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field or 3-5 years' experience in project management, program coordination, or similar role.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain federal clearance for access to FLETC facilities.
  • Must be available within 30 minutes during duty hours and within 2 hours after hours for emergency response.
  • On-call availability is required for mission-critical tasks and emergency situations.
