A large banking client is seeking an Alteryx Data Analyst to join their Compliance team. This role involves creating new workflows in Alteryx and presenting findings using Tableau. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex Alteryx workflows based on requirements provided by stakeholders, implementing ETL processes to extract data from various sources including SQL Server, XML, Excel, and CSV, and scheduling these workflows for optimal performance. Additionally, the analyst will manage end-to-end data migration, conversion, and data modeling using Alteryx and SQL, while also creating visualizations in Tableau to develop high-quality dashboards that support business objectives. The Alteryx Data Analyst will also be tasked with developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring they align with the company's business goals. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance data and the ability to create and maintain data dictionaries and data models. The role is designed to foster growth, as the analyst will also be responsible for developing two junior team members alongside them, providing mentorship and guidance as they navigate their roles within the team.
