About the position

JobTrain is an organization on the move, dedicated to delivering best-in-class outcomes and expanding our reach regionally. We have committed to an ambitious new mission to help our community advance beyond initial job placements, providing career advancement programming to help individuals achieve full economic mobility. Founded in 1965 out of the civil rights movement, JobTrain has been serving a diverse clientele through our six Bay Area career and training centers. We create an environment where our staff reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, fostering a safe and welcoming space for our clients. Our vision is to provide long-term support to our clients, enabling them to achieve full economic mobility. You will be expected to meet with alumni and students both in person and virtually, reporting to the manager of career development. This is a full-time hybrid position based at our corporate headquarters in Menlo Park, requiring two days in the office and three days working from home. During the initial training period, more frequent in-office attendance may be required.
