About the position

The AM Administrator for Order Processing is responsible for managing and processing incoming purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role involves creating and maintaining orders in the ERP system, verifying orders, and handling invoicing and accounts receivables. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Check commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders
  • Create, maintain, and process orders in the ERP system
  • Confirm orders and verify order accuracy
  • Manage budget and cost allocation updates
  • Review 3rd party vendor and intercompany invoices
  • Prepare and complete invoicing
  • Create and review billing summaries
  • Follow up on invoicing and accounts receivables
  • Administer customer portal for invoices and orders
  • Support on-site administration and order processing tasks
  • Document purchase requisitions and generate reports
  • Provide backup for the administration team during holidays
  • Carry out other relevant duties as assigned
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within an administrative team
  • Basic accounting and tax knowledge
  • Familiarity with ERP and relevant systems
