About the position

This position is for a highly polished and proactive individual to serve as the right-hand person to a CEO. The role involves a mix of personal and executive assistant duties, requiring strong problem-solving skills and experience in contract negotiation and vendor management. The candidate will support the CEO in various tasks, including travel, calendar management, and personal errands, while also overseeing property management in Napa.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the right-hand person to the CEO, providing support in various tasks.
  • Negotiate contracts directly with lawyers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as meal prep, running errands, and walking the CEO's dog when necessary.
  • Travel with the CEO to speaking engagements and manage his calendar and emails.
  • Oversee vendor management and property renovations at the CEO's second home in Napa.

Requirements

  • Extremely polished and proactive demeanor.
  • Experience negotiating contracts, preferably with a paralegal background.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage vendor relationships.
  • Experience in personal and executive assistant roles.

  • Familiarity with property management and renovations.
