About the position

The Amazon Account Manager at AGM Marketing Agency is a full-time role focused on strategic account management, digital advertising, and e-commerce, specifically utilizing Amazon's Seller Central platform. The position involves overseeing multiple Amazon accounts, executing Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure account retention and growth. The role is integral to the agency's mission of optimizing client performance and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client relationships with a customer-focused approach to retain and grow client accounts.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to improve ad performance and control advertising cost of sales (ACOS).
  • Provide clients with detailed reports on campaign performance on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Develop, optimize, and monitor Amazon listings to improve client product rankings and conversions.
  • Stay updated on Amazon trends to ensure that client accounts remain competitive and compliant.
  • Work closely with the creative team to align Amazon content with the client's brand objectives.
  • Guide and manage junior Amazon Account Managers to promote team success and individual growth.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide innovative solutions to maintain account health and optimize results.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central, including PPC management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate data and trends for impactful decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone.
  • Ability to think strategically and offer client-centric solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
