About the position

The Amazon Account Supervisor will oversee and enhance the online sales operations of an e-commerce business, specifically managing the Amazon Seller Central account. This role requires a dedicated individual with prior experience in a similar position to optimize listings, handle customer returns, and ensure account health. The position is based in North Canton, Ohio, and involves working closely with a team to achieve sales targets and improve inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve established Amazon sales.
  • Utilize full knowledge of Seller Central to manage listings, advertising, and inventory.
  • Create barcodes and box labels daily to support shipping operations.
  • Analyze Amazon aging reports and take action on aged items to optimize inventory.
  • Manage and improve inventory systems, including providing actionable suggestions.
  • Resolve suppressed and inactive listings promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with shipping employees to achieve shipping targets.
  • Place purchase orders with overseas vendors based on sales trends and inventory needs.
  • Review and analyze daily sales and expense reports.
  • Oversee Amazon advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) strategies and budgeting.
  • Develop new product lines and phase out slow-selling items in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably for small businesses.
  • Extensive knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon fees and inventory management.
  • Experience with inventory systems and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve listing issues, such as suppressed and inactive listings.
  • Expertise in Amazon advertising, including PPC and budget optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales trends and financial reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a pay starting from $18.00 per hour.
  • Standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
