About the position

Go! Ground Xpress, LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Route Delivery Drivers to join their team servicing Amazon deliveries in the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area. This role involves driving a company truck to deliver packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety while meeting performance expectations. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver packages to customers.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of packages while adhering to traffic laws.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a good driving record and comply with company standards.
• Use a smartphone for navigation and communication during deliveries.
• Complete routes efficiently to qualify for bonuses.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid USA Driver's License required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated good driving record as per Pennsylvania MVR standards.
• Pass a 4-panel drug test.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous delivery driver experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain high performance.
