About the position
As an Amazon DSP Delivery Driver, you will be an essential part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering packages to customers in your community. This role involves driving an Amazon-branded vehicle and requires you to stay active while working independently. You will be part of a motivated team that ensures the safe and timely delivery of Amazon packages. The position offers flexibility with shifts available seven days a week, allowing you to work between 3 to 5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day. Full-Time and Part-Time positions may be available, providing opportunities for various work-life balances. In this role, you will interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner, delivering 200 or more packages daily. The packages can range from small envelopes to larger boxes weighing up to 50lbs. As a delivery driver, you will be expected to maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather and road conditions. This position not only offers competitive pay starting at $20.50/hour but also the potential for overtime and various benefits depending on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) you work with. Additionally, there are opportunities for career advancement within the DSP, including roles such as Trainer, Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, and HR Operations Manager. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (non-CDL drivers license acceptable).
- Maintain a safe driving record and obey all applicable traffic laws.
