About the position

The Amazon DSP Specialist at Mars United Commerce is an entry-level position focused on managing and optimizing programmatic display campaigns primarily on the Amazon DSP platform. The role involves hands-on campaign setup, performance monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring effective communication with the Activation team and management. The position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong mathematical skills, with opportunities for training in various digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on the Amazon DSP platform.
• Develop a clear understanding of campaign setup, performance, and reporting structure.
• Communicate performance expectations with the Activation team.
• Create reports and presentations highlighting campaign setup and final plans.
• Proactively communicate with your Manager and Director regarding campaign progress.
• Supervise management of budgets and ensure accuracy in client-facing documents.

Requirements

• Strong mathematical skills and a degree in finance, math, or IT is a plus.
• Robust spreadsheet skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including basic and advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Experience with Amazon DSP or other self-serve DSPs is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with retail media networks such as Citrus Ad, Criteo, and Instacart.
• Experience with verification software like MOAT, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with proactive communication via email, Slack, and ZOOM.
