About the position

The Business Analyst Co-op position at Amazon Robotics is designed for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving and teamwork. This role involves converting data into actionable business intelligence, developing dashboards, and performing business analysis using various tools. The co-op will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze business problems and communicate insights effectively, contributing to the automation and improvement of customer experiences through robotics technology.

Responsibilities

• Converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information
• Design and develop highly available dashboards, perform business analysis and data queries using SQL, Python and other BI Tools
• Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard
• Story telling with Data and Visuals
• Interacting with internal stakeholders to deep-dive outlier events
• Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
• Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

Requirements

• Knowledge of Tableau or Power Query
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice-to-haves

• Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
• Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
