About the position

As an Amazon Sortation Center Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the logistics process by sorting, scanning, and stacking packages to prepare customer orders for delivery. This fast-paced, physical position allows for flexible scheduling, enabling you to choose shifts that best fit your lifestyle. You will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes safety and efficiency, utilizing technology and equipment to manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort inventory
• Get customer orders ready for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (when applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (when applicable)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
