Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is seeking part-time Ambassadors to join their City Centre team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while scooping and serving ice cream, maintaining cleanliness in the shop, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. Responsibilities

• Scoop and serve ice cream to customers.
• Make waffle products and run the cash register.
• Keep the shop clean and organized.
• Change out buckets of ice cream as needed.
• Provide consistent, world-class service to every customer.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environment.
