About The Position
The Ambulatory Care Representative is responsible for managing patient access functions in various Ambulatory Care areas, including patient check-in/check-out, registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling. This role requires interaction with patients and the use of electronic scheduling systems, ensuring adherence to departmental protocols and accountability for outpatient functions under the direction of the Manager, Ambulatory Care Operations.
