About the position

The Ambulatory Surgery Center Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of a leading community health organization in Southwestern Colorado. This position involves collaboration with the CEO and COO to drive growth, ensure financial and quality goals, and enhance the hospital's performance while maintaining a strong community presence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial health of the organization and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to identify areas of growth and spearhead initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans in line with the board of directors' vision.
  • Optimize clinical workflows and manage business plan development.
  • Cultivate relationships within the community health center and the broader community.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience as a CFO in short-term acute care or ambulatory surgery centers.
  • Strong background in managing inpatient and outpatient health centers.
  • Experience in developing strategic financial plans and optimizing clinical workflows.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in community health care and rehabilitation services.
