About the position

The Amenity Attendant is responsible for overseeing the pool area, ensuring safety, and maintaining an inventory of poolside equipment for guest use. This part-time role requires experience in the hospitality industry and a strong service orientation to assist residents and guests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Submits and reports incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Maintains a service-oriented approach to residents and guests.
• Cleans the pool area and picks up debris.
• Checks sports equipment for guest use and reports any broken items to the manager.
• Works collaboratively as a team member.
• Familiarizes with and implements the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy.
• Follows safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred; completion of college-level courses in Hospitality is strongly desirable.
• Two or more years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
