As the Associate Director - Americas Consulting Marketing Event and Experiences Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing EY Consulting's brand and relationships within the market. In this role, you will develop and oversee the strategy to drive engagement, impact, and revenue through events. You will be responsible for establishing and growing an Events team, fostering innovation and collaboration to deliver exceptional event experiences aligned with EY Consulting's goals. Your passion for delivering unparalleled events and experiences to external audiences will be essential. This role encompasses the end-to-end event strategy, collaborating closely with the Demand Generation team to ensure that events are integrated into the longer-term marketing plans. At EY, the event is just the beginning; how we interlace it into broader marketing plans is critical to success. You will be a strategic thinker who can connect the dots across our entire ecosystem from product and services to alliances to our sales and market-facing teams. Your general responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive events strategy to align with EY Consulting's growth objectives, overseeing the design and delivery of sponsorships and experiences that build EY's reputation, and managing relationships with third-party hosts, vendors, and destination marketing companies. You will grow and lead a team of event professionals to deliver high-quality events from initial concept through execution and post-event evaluation. Collaboration will be key, as you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate event initiatives into broader organizational strategies and initiatives. You will also manage post-event duties such as debriefs, expense processing, and event success assessments, serving as a brand ambassador throughout the process.
