About the position

As an Americas Treasury Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by maintaining regional treasury operations, including 90-day rolling cash forecasts, daily cash positioning & management, operating with team across multiple workstreams. You will lead initiatives regionally, to transform various aspects of the treasury operating model such as regional cash management transformation. Additionally, you will leverage knowledge of treasury technology & systems (such as Kyriba, SWIFT, Power BI, SAP etc.) to automate and improve current processes as well as to implement a new Treasury Management System. You will partner with peers around the world to develop and implement strategies to leverage marketplace treasury innovations and provide proactive finance guidance to influence business thinking related to cash management. Participation in global change management projects across cash and banking will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regional treasury operations, including 90-day rolling cash forecasts and daily cash positioning & management.
  • Lead initiatives regionally to transform various aspects of the treasury operating model.
  • Leverage knowledge of treasury technology & systems to automate and improve current processes.
  • Partner with peers around the world to develop and implement strategies for treasury innovations.
  • Provide proactive finance guidance to influence business thinking related to cash management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and three (3) years of treasury experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • High school diploma/GED and seven (7) years of treasury experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge and experience on cash and liquidity management activities across the Americas markets.
  • Cash management system experience in treasury management software like Kyriba.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Experience supporting transformation of a global treasury organization.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex problems.
  • Knowledge of LEAN management principles or LEAN certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
