About the position

The position involves working within Apple's Operations Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, focusing on business architecture and solution design for complex supply chain problems. The role requires strategic thinking and tactical execution to implement strategies, tools, and processes that enhance business growth, efficiency, and customer experience. The individual will lead initiatives that support a cohesive operations supply chain strategy, driving innovation and transformation in processes and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies, tools, and processes to enable business growth and increase efficiencies.
  • Drive key initiatives supporting a cohesive operations supply chain strategy.
  • Analyze business problems at their root and recommend process innovations and efficiencies.
  • Lead technology projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Negotiate with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and drive results.
  • Engage with leadership and engineering teams to develop project timelines and communication plans.
  • Prepare the business for change with a comprehensive change management plan.
  • Ensure project objectives are met and conduct proper project closure with lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
  • 8+ years of experience in functional design and architecture in SAP.
  • 12+ years of experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions in relevant industries.
  • MS degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Information Management, or Systems Engineering, with 5+ years of related experience, or BS with 10+ years of experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with various Supply Chain functions such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management.
  • Led transformation projects in Supply Chain Enablement and related areas.
  • Experience with global complex projects in solutions designing across various functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a flexible working style.
  • Experience working on international projects with teams based outside the US.
  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis.
