About the position

The Amusements Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Carousel Gardens and Storyland, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role involves direct interaction with customers, staff management, and adherence to safety and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests at the Amusement Park/Storyland.
• Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Ensure all rides are properly and adequately staffed.
• Ensure a safe experience for all guests.
• Open and/or close the facility as required by the schedule.
• Monitor and ensure satisfactory conditions and cleanliness of the entire facility.
• Monitor condition and level of inventory and equipment, process orders as necessary.
• Ensure that all labor and safety guidelines are being adhered to during park operation.
• Respond to, facilitate and/or assist with park safety incidents as a representative of management.
• Ensure that all staff follow policies and procedures.
• Fill in as ride operator when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience in customer service.
