About the position

As an Analog Hardware Engineer at Randstad US, you will play a crucial role in the hardware development team, focusing on the design, simulation, and implementation of advanced analog and mixed-signal circuits, particularly ADCs and DACs. This position involves contributing to the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to production support, in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed circuit schematics for ADC and DAC circuits considering RF performance, area constraints, and manufacturability.
  • Simulate high current, low voltage power supplies using LTspice and LTpowerCAD.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital design engineers, PCB designers, and firmware developers to integrate ADCs and DACs into complex electronic systems.
  • Prototype and validate designs through thorough testing, debugging, and characterization using lab equipment and simulation tools.
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in ADCs and DACs.
  • Generate and maintain BOMs and assembly drawings to support purchasing and manufacturing.
  • Generate support documents such as user guides, datasheets, and test procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analog hardware design.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Professional Engineer certification.
