This role involves all phases of design from requirement definition to testing, focusing on various components such as ADCs, DACs, and power management blocks. The engineer will work closely with a team to ensure the successful implementation of designs using state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design of Mixed-Signal IC macros from specification to tape out, including ADCs/DACs and other signal converters.
  • Design DLLs/PLLs and other timing circuits.
  • Develop High Speed SerDes interfaces.
  • Create analog precision blocks such as Voltage/Current references, Temperature sensors, and Signal conditioning channels.
  • Implement Power Management blocks such as linear or switching regulators.
  • Specialized design for extreme temperatures, harsh radiation environments, ultra-low-power and low-area solutions.
  • Execute and supervise layout execution.
  • Develop documentation for design traceability and testing enablement.
  • Conduct circuit test and characterization in a laboratory environment.
