The Analyst 1, Warehouse & Materials position at Comcast involves preparing reports for various departments, assisting in financial planning, and coordinating inventory management. Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports for multiple departments and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
• Coordinate monthly inventory in warehouses and review final inventory reports.
• Establish, monitor, and audit inventory and warehouse performance measures.
• Train personnel on operating guidelines, policies, and procedures for inventory management and control.
• Provide in-depth analysis of data to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive demand and inventory management database to support forecasting and analysis activities.
• Coordinate the shipping and distribution of materials and equipment to and from warehouses and vendor distribution facilities.
• Generate reports to post and track development and improvement of metrics and area activities.
• Monitor CPE aging reports to assure compliance with audit requirements.
• Track equipment at repair vendors and follow up on aging units.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control processes.
