As an Analyst 3 in Research Capabilities at E. & J. Gallo, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the company's internal consumer research capabilities. This position involves managing the entire research process, from scoping and logistics to programming and delivering final reports. You will be responsible for overseeing the project pipeline, prioritizing tasks, and conducting meta-analyses of data to provide insights that enhance Gallo's marketing and communication strategies. Your work will directly influence how the organization approaches consumer insights and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will own and develop internal research execution capabilities, focusing on cost and speed efficiencies. This includes programming and executing online research through Gallo's internal survey platform, providing comprehensive project management support, and collaborating with team members to determine the best research methods and approaches. You will be tasked with designing surveys, interpreting data, and presenting findings in a visually compelling manner to various stakeholders, including company leadership and executives. Your responsibilities will also include capturing and cataloging research results, developing internal norms across methodologies, and conducting meta-analyses to establish best practices in creative design. You will extract insights from primary research initiatives and large data sets, presenting these opportunities to stakeholders and partnering with teams to bring these insights to life through actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of attendance and comply with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
