About the position

The Accounts Receivable Analyst at T-Mobile is responsible for maximizing cash flow by managing a portfolio of clients and revenue streams. This role involves meeting Non-Subscriber Account Receivable targets, ensuring invoice accuracy, and resolving payment performance issues through strong analytical and customer service skills. The Analyst will work closely with internal and external partners to enhance billing processes and improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and management of assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Establish an effective AR management strategy to maximize cash flow and minimize debt.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections of receivables.
  • Document all interactions with internal and external customers for historical reference.
  • Manage portfolio health through review and analysis of account aging.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and establish effective billing and cash application processes.
  • Investigate use of technology to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with internal groups to manage day-to-day business processes.
  • Identify potential process improvements and support AR initiatives and projects.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (Required).
  • 2+ years of work experience in accounts receivable (Required).
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Required).
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system (Required).
  • Superior oral and written communication skills (Required).
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external partners (Required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills (Required).
  • Experience working with offshore vendor partners (Preferred).
  • Advanced analytical skills (Preferred).
  • Advanced SAP proficiency (Preferred).
