About The Position
Bain Capital is one of the world's leading private investment firms with approximately $185 billion of assets under management. The firm has strategically grown its platform to focus on various investment strategies, including Private Equity, Growth & Venture, Capital Solutions, Credit & Capital Markets, and Real Assets. Bain Capital Credit, a leading global credit specialist, manages approximately $51 billion in assets and invests across a full spectrum of credit strategies. The Private Credit Group evaluates investment opportunities in the middle market, focusing on companies with $25-75M of EBITDA across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The group is currently hiring an Associate to join the North American deal team in Boston or Chicago, where team members will conduct due diligence, prepare investment recommendations, and monitor portfolio investments.
