About the position

The Analyst, Business Effectiveness at CIBC is responsible for supporting the Private Wealth team through various administrative and project coordination activities. This role involves managing daily operations, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The Analyst will also handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and onboarding processes, while contributing to process improvements and maintaining professional relationships with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Administrative Office team leads.
• Coordinate project activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, meeting notes, agendas, and minutes.
• Manage expense reports and travel arrangements for the team leads.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees and manage filing and invoices.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting for the Private Wealth CAO team.
• Track ongoing initiatives and prepare presentation materials and meeting documentation.
• Manage special projects related to process improvements and procedure development.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners and clients through effective communication.
• Deliver organizational support for onboarding and offboarding experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
