The Analyst, Business Systems position at T-Mobile USA, Inc. is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to support various applications across business channels. The analyst will also conduct gap and process analysis, assess system impacts, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for existing and new applications.
• Create comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability.
• Facilitate communication between organizational units to align business needs.
• Plan, direct, and complete analysis of business problems and product/service development.
• Provide technical assistance in identifying and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Assess system impacts and conduct gap and process analysis.
• Develop business analysis work-plans to manage tasks and deliverables.
• Initiate and execute initiatives to improve processes and tools utilized by the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience in systems analysis.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of strategic business information systems.
• Experience in business systems analysis and consulting.
• Technical writing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Visio for modeling requirements.
• Project management experience.
