About the position

The Analyst of Business Systems/ERP will serve as the subject matter expert for Infor (EXE Technologies) Warehouse Management Systems across all EXE facilities. This role involves collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency, supporting functionality configuration, and acting as a liaison between Operations and IT Support. The position aims to improve logistics operations by maintaining the EXE platform and assisting in complex configurations, testing, problem-solving, documentation, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop functional business requirements and modifications to distribution systems for all business aspects including procurement, inventory control, payroll, human resources, warehousing, transportation, and customer support.
• Participate in all testing phases including system integration, user acceptance, and simulation testing for software modifications.
• Advise General Managers and/or their designees on the proper setup and utilization of the EXE system.
• Research and document distribution system issues.
• Prioritize outstanding issues from all C&S facilities utilizing Infor (EXE Technologies) warehouse management system to ensure the most pressing issues are addressed first.
• Create training/testing documents and facilitate training sessions for distribution systems as necessary.
• Participate in activities associated with the EXE rollout team for the implementation of EXE in new C&S facilities and the conversion of existing facilities from different systems to EXE.
• Review, implement, and communicate procedural changes to enhance current processes.
• Establish and perform training for end users on basic system functionality.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience in Logistics/Distribution IT and Projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations & Project Management, Operations & Supply Chain Management, or a General Equivalency Diploma.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the Food Industry preferred.
