About the position

The Analyst of Business Systems/ERP will serve as the subject matter expert for Infor (EXE Technologies) Warehouse Management Systems across all EXE facilities. This role involves collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency, supporting system functionality, and acting as a liaison between Operations and IT Support. The Analyst will focus on improving logistics operations through system configuration, testing, problem-solving, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop functional business requirements and modifications to distribution systems.
• Participate in all testing phases including system integration, user acceptance, and simulation testing.
• Advise General Managers on the proper setup and utilization of the EXE system.
• Research and document distribution system issues, prioritizing outstanding issues from all C&S facilities.
• Create training/testing documents and facilitate training sessions for distribution systems.
• Participate in the EXE rollout team for implementation in new C&S facilities and conversion from different systems to EXE.
• Review, implement, and communicate procedural changes for improved efficiency.
• Establish and perform training for end users on basic system functionality.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience in Logistics/Distribution IT and Projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations & Project Management or Operations & Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the Food Industry preferred.
• Specialized knowledge in Microsoft Office, App Design/Interface, Warehouse equipment, and Logistics.
