About the position

The Analyst - CCB Credit Delivery position at Truist involves providing analytical support to Portfolio Managers within the Middle Market banking segment. The role focuses on analyzing financial statements, utilizing financial models, and participating in credit presentations and underwriting processes. The analyst will work under direct supervision, developing a working knowledge of the company's product suite and proactively defining client credit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Author annual reviews and assist in developing credit underwriting thesis for new and existing transactions.
• Prepare nCino packages and coordinate the spreading of financial statements and risk ratings.
• Build financial models based on client profiles and industry dynamics to assess repayment capabilities.
• Initiate risk views and translate them into risk rating models reflecting probability of default and loss given default.
• Conduct industry-specific research and analysis to support client presentations and term sheets.
• Complete regulatory and compliance activities ensuring data accuracy in the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office and database applications
• Proficiency with Truist systems and processes
