About the position

The A&M CFO Services team collaborates with private equity portfolio companies to enhance business value through improved transparency and operational performance. The role focuses on optimizing liquidity and working capital, providing strategic analytics and planning, and ensuring effective performance measurement and management. The team is dedicated to supporting private equity firms by delivering credible financial plans and outcomes for their portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze relevant data and information for fact-based analyses.
• Validate all data used in calculations and reconcile models and reports.
• Compile findings into clear spreadsheet templates and presentation slides.
• Execute operational tasks independently, including tool development and client requests.
• Quality check work products to ensure logical flow and accuracy.
• Set up tools and utilize client software to access data.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
• Experience in building integrated financial models and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Possess financial modeling experience and a basic understanding of financial statements, treasury, and cash management.
