About the position

The Clinical Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of the clinical services team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations. This position involves collaboration with clinical leadership, internal partners, and external stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives and achieve desired clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of clinical workflow processes by designing reports to track and trend clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure effective use of company resources to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Services Department to develop clinical outcome improvement plans.
  • Develop tools and initiatives to track clinical outcomes and trends.
  • Monitor changes to quality improvement programs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor clinical quality reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee clinical data tools to identify trends by clinic, region, and physician.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and resolve calculation issues through root cause analysis.
  • Stay updated with federal, state, and local regulations affecting clinical programs.
  • Provide executive summaries for key performance indicators and improvement areas.
  • Organize and lead clinical team meetings with IT to prioritize projects.
  • Audit clinical outcomes for accuracy and credibility in quality scoring.
  • Develop training tools and processes in collaboration with various departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in clinical data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and quality improvement processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Experience in project management and leading initiatives.
