This position is part of the Commercial & Customer Operations (CCO) team, which is dedicated to enabling commercial strategy and driving profitable sales growth. The CCO team focuses on exceeding customer needs and improving customer experience through effective contracting, sales operations, business analytics, and program management. Your work will involve standardizing, automating, and integrating processes to ensure data integrity and responsiveness to the evolving needs of our customers and corporate strategies. In this role, you will support the data integration team in harmonizing data elements across the customer experience. This includes conducting data validation, performing trend analysis, and generating exception reports. You will collaborate with leadership across sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues, ensuring that the foundational data structure meets various business needs. Your adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement will be essential for success in this position. You will be responsible for supporting the analytics and reporting strategy for the US Region and its supported businesses. This involves developing and implementing tools and processes to streamline issue resolution and prevent recurring problems. You will engage in critical data harmonization activities that enable long-term automation and scalability, becoming a domain expert in the end-to-end sales reporting process. Additionally, you will build, train, and apply tools to automate sales tracing and case resolution processes, while also developing standardized processes and tools for both internal and external audiences. Your role will require ongoing assessment of analytics tools and dashboards to ensure their usability and effectiveness. You will collaborate with Business Unit Management, Marketing, and Sales to understand their information needs, optimizing existing tools and creating new solutions. Furthermore, you will partner with key collaborators to document business requirements and translate them into validated work that adheres to governance policies. You will also support all pillars of Commercial Operations regarding performance metrics and lead key projects as assigned by leadership, holding accountability for team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support CCO analytics and reporting strategy for the US Region and supported businesses.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to streamline path to resolution and prevent reoccurring issues.
  • Conduct critical data harmonization activities to enable long term automation and scalability.
  • Become domain guide on end-to-end sales reporting process.
  • Build, train, and apply tools to automate sales tracing and case resolution process.
  • Develop and roll out standardized process and tools to internal and external audiences.
  • Perform ongoing assessment of Analytics tools and dashboards relative to their usability, efficacy and adoption with their respective audiences.
  • Collaborate with BU Management, Marketing and Sales to understand information needs to optimize existing tools and create new solutions.
  • Partner with key collaborators to develop and document business requirements.
  • Translate and enhance business requirements into timely validated work adhering to governance policies.
  • Support all pillars of Commercial Operations regarding performance metrics.
  • Lead and participate in key projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Hold accountability for team goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years demonstrable experience in business analytics or process improvement.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and knowledgeable on database applications.
  • Lean/6S experience preferred.
  • Data visualization experience preferred (as user or developer).
  • Deep understanding in data relations, data standardization, analytics, and automation.
  • Experience in implementing new processes/systems and improvement of process efficiency.
  • Highly strategic and analytical problem solver with proven business acumen.
  • Ability to identify key business information needs through dialog and assist in development clear strategic recommendations on how to provide the desired insights.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and implement a variety of objectives and clearly communicate progress and roadblocks.
  • Ability to convey sophisticated concepts, thought leadership and the business value of solutions in a clear, understandable way.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
