This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of compensation-related policies and procedures. The Analyst will conduct job evaluations and salary surveys, analyze internal and external market value to ensure fair and equitable pay across the US, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. The position requires maintaining an exceptional working knowledge of federal and state legislation that may affect compensation policies or required government filings. Additionally, the Analyst will support reporting and compliance filings, ensuring that all compensation practices align with legal requirements and organizational standards.
