As an Analyst in Compliance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Commercial Services (GCS) team, which partners with small businesses and corporate clients to manage their business expenses through innovative payment solutions. This position is based in Sunrise, FL or Phoenix, AZ, and reports directly to the Manager of Commercial Effectiveness & Governance. You will be responsible for compliance monitoring, reporting, onboarding, and communication to enhance sales effectiveness for the US Small and Mid-Size Enterprise (SME) team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the collection and consolidation of compliance data from various sources, creating and managing monthly and quarterly reports, and performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will develop actionable insights backed by data to improve business performance and collaborate with internal and external partners to support compliance workstreams. Additionally, you will manage diverse business transformation initiatives and provide regular insights to leadership and peers. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to synthesize data and formulate recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection and consolidation of compliance data from multiple sources and segments.
  • Create and manage monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and share actionable insights backed by data and analytics to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners to support the development and execution of compliance workstreams.
  • Manage and execute on a diverse set of business transformation initiatives.
  • Seek and utilize external perspective to inform strategic recommendations to enhance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team on enhancements based upon trending compliance results.
  • Work collaboratively across a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide regular insights and learnings to leadership and peers.
  • Manage ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, derive insights, and formulate recommendations.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and partner across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-paced, rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
  • Naturally curious problem solver, challenges status quo and seeks out new, innovative solutions.
  • Technical ability to learn new technology and identify ways to improve current processes.

  • Flexibility to work across time zones and travel on occasion up to 10%.

Nice-to-haves
