As an Analyst in Compliance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Commercial Services (GCS) team, which partners with small businesses and corporate clients to manage their business expenses through innovative payment solutions. This position is based in Sunrise, FL or Phoenix, AZ, and reports directly to the Manager of Commercial Effectiveness & Governance. You will be responsible for compliance monitoring, reporting, onboarding, and communication to enhance sales effectiveness for the US Small and Mid-Size Enterprise (SME) team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the collection and consolidation of compliance data from various sources, creating and managing monthly and quarterly reports, and performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will develop actionable insights backed by data to improve business performance and collaborate with internal and external partners to support compliance workstreams. Additionally, you will manage diverse business transformation initiatives and provide regular insights to leadership and peers. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to synthesize data and formulate recommendations.
