The Analyst Computer Systems position at Sms Infocomm Corporation involves the implementation, maintenance, support, and development of communication networks and applications. The position is full-time and operates on a night shift schedule, focusing on data analysis, communication, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Builds or configures new hardware; installs and updates software packages; creates and maintains computer networks.
• Plans, designs, and implements unified communications and collaboration infrastructure projects.
• Provides first line support of hardware, software, and applications to end users.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise from systems and between systems, requiring continuous monitoring of company systems.
• Collaborates with senior managers and Headquarter IT staff to identify and solve a variety of problems and clarify management objectives.
• Develops business methods and procedures, including accounting systems, file systems, office systems, logistics systems, and production schedules.
• Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas causing product and delivery issues.
• Maintains a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture and fostering a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IS related field.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in OA and application support.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in the manufacture or computer industry is a plus.
• Self-starter with results-driven mindset.
• Superior planning and analytical capabilities.
• Hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed.
