About the position

The Analyst, Contract Operations at Hikma Pharmaceuticals plays a crucial role in the Contract Lifecycle Management team, focusing on implementing and executing contract language within the Revenue Management System. This position requires collaboration with internal business partners and external distribution channels to ensure compliance with contract terms and effective communication of contract-related information.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Trade Notification Process and consult with Internal Stakeholders to resolve potential issues.
  • Prepare and communicate Trade Notifications to stakeholders by established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Lead Contract Mass Action Process including product removals, additions, and price changes.
  • Facilitate Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare CRM Opportunities and ensure timely submission to customers.
  • Support the New Product Launch Process by preparing Trade Stocking Allowance Letters and distributing them to stakeholders.
  • Conduct peer reviews on contract notifications in a timely manner.
  • Ensure file retention of contract supporting documentation for audits.
  • Review and approve Customer Master Data Governance (MDG) requests.
  • Research and respond to price discrepancies and related issues promptly.
  • Participate in Internal IT Meetings and Pricing and Finance Collaboration Meetings.
  • Assist management with gathering supporting contract documentation for audits.
  • Identify departmental training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for onboarding.
  • Analyze current contract processes for improvements and create formal process improvement plans.
  • Manage trackers and support monthly/quarterly Contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and support special projects as communicated by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • General knowledge of pharmaceutical processes including contracts interpretation and chargeback adjudication.
  • Experience with SAP and Revenue Management Solutions (e.g., Vistex, ModelN, iContracts) preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in standard industry system environments specifically SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Management Systems.
