About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help drive business decisions. As a Data Analyst, you will be expected to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. You will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential in this role, as you will need to explain complex data concepts in a way that is easily understood. In addition to your analytical skills, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis. This may involve attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects, contributing your insights and expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques.
  • Knowledge of database management systems.
