The Analyst, Data Analytics position at CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. is focused on empowering company leadership through actionable, data-driven analysis. Responsibilities

• Provides analysis in medium-sized projects or leads analysis in a segment of a larger initiative.
• Participates in designing solutions and defines functional requirements to support analytical objectives.
• Defines data requirements and identifies existing and new data sources and methodologies.
• Champions initiatives aimed at improving Data Analytics processes.
• Translates data into metrics, dashboards, and management reporting packages.
• Tests and implements solutions to provide analytical summaries against KPIs and business objectives.
• Proactively seeks to generate insights from data and collaborates with teams to act on those insights.
• Prepares ad-hoc reports and queries to support assigned business unit programs.
• Manages multiple competing projects to prioritize and meet challenging deadlines.
• Demonstrates effective planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Fosters cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or other related quantitative fields.
• Approximately three (3+) years of experience in Business Analytics, FP&A, or other quantitative Finance role.
• Expert fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or PowerBI.
• Intermediate SQL skills are a must.
• Experience with scripting/statistical languages such as R or Python.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and third-party vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
