About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in information management projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in data governance, data warehousing, and business intelligence. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and is capable of analyzing and resolving data-related issues effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience as a business analyst on information management projects.
• Knowledge of information management tools such as data cleansing, data profiling, meta data management, master data/CDI, data modeling, and business intelligence.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or Information Management (IM).
• Experience in retail or healthcare industries.
• High level of knowledge of data governance related laws and regulations, specifically State Privacy Laws and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve data issues, trends, or exceptions including data conformity, data governance, or data sensitivity aspects.
• Develop ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision.
• Determine when escalation of issues is necessary.
