About the position

The Analyst, Data Platform Solutions at Zenith is a pivotal role within the Data and Platform Solutions group, which serves as the agency's digital data and ad technology experts. This specialized team is dedicated to leveraging audience data to inform media decisions, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of client communications. The Analyst will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including those responsible for DSP/Programmatic Strategy, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Dynamic Creative Optimization. This position is designed for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who will manage the day-to-day operations of the Data Management Platform (DMP) and ensure that audience data is effectively activated to drive better marketing decisions. In this role, the Analyst will be responsible for executing audience data strategies that impact media strategies for client accounts. This includes defining target audiences, sharing data with partners, and compiling performance reports to track the effectiveness of audience groups. The Analyst will also work closely with the media planning team to integrate the DMP as a central tool for smarter planning, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of media strategies. Additionally, the Analyst will act as an internal resource, demonstrating the agency's knowledge of data strategies and supporting the writing of various media deliverables such as timelines, points of view (POVs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and presentations. To succeed in this role, the Analyst must maintain a strong understanding of current DMP and programmatic media trends, as well as possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects is essential, as is a familiarity with basic accounting and statistical analysis principles. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science
  • 1+ years of experience preferred in digital media, ad technology, ad operations, or analytics
  • Self-starter who is quick to learn and eager to contribute
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles; basic statistical analysis experience is a plus
