About the position

As an Analyst at CMI Media Group, you will be at the forefront of digital marketing analytics, transforming data into actionable insights that drive our online and offline marketing campaigns. You will tackle diverse challenges, engage with partners and data teams, and craft reports that propel our strategies forward. Your role will involve innovating and optimizing our KPIs and engagement metrics across various channels, including Display, Email, Search, and Social. You will work in a tech-forward environment, utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance your analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless implementation of analytics for online marketing campaigns.
  • Resolve discrepancies and inaccuracies with proactive precision.
  • Craft and distribute compelling analyses and optimizations, wielding a defined set of KPIs.
  • Collaborate on measurement plans, aligning them with strategic imperatives and media strategies.
  • Track, tweak, and redefine KPIs and engagement metrics for digital campaigns.
  • Embrace ad-hoc data requests and foster a basic understanding of each client's data sources.
  • Generate trend reports and optimization strategies in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of online marketing, web analytics, or research experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Direct experience in online direct marketing or online media performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Domo, Tableau, SQL.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a bustling environment.
  • Proven team player who thrives under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience or knowledge in Pharma.
  • Coding skills in R/SQL/Python.
