The Analyst, Digital Personalization will support initiatives that drive a simplified, intuitive and personalized journey for United's customers across digital channels. Working with the Manager of Digital Personalization, the Analyst will help create high level requirements to expand our personalization touch points to drive better experiences for our customers. The Analyst will learn and understand United's business to help create relevant personalized content in digital channels visited by millions of customers a day. This individual will be customer-centric and innovative with a passion for all things digital, and will act as an advocate for personalized experiences across the United digital experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform key aspects of personalization projects and programs by identifying and sharing opportunities for improvement across United digital channels, including United.com and our mobile app
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to launch personalized programs and partnerships
  • Use data to ensure features are aligned with goals and objectives, and are delivering the most customer and business value
  • Write high level business requirements
  • Assist with personalization requests and project intake to ensure consistent personalization strategy and customer experience
  • Assist with creation of leadership-level presentations and reports

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years of applicable work experience
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence wide range of partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
