About the position

The Analyst EIT Program/Systems role at Innova Solutions involves supporting the Work Management (ARM) system and various utility field operations applications to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable electric and gas services. The position requires installation, configuration, testing, and implementation of applications in diverse environments, along with troubleshooting and providing end-user support. The analyst will also engage in developing enterprise applications and collaborating with various teams to integrate systems and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Work Management (ARM) system to provide safe, reliable, and affordable electric and gas service.
• Install, configure, test, and implement ARM applications and apply patches in Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments.
• Support Utility Field Operations Applications including GIS, WMIS, and MDS.
• Design and develop enterprise applications for various business units.
• Develop functional and technical design documents based on business process flow.
• Promote code and configuration from lower environments to Production with team assistance.
• Provide end-user application support for Electric and Gas Business Areas.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application/system issues and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure team for server builds, OS patching, and health monitoring.
• Work with Database Administrator for database management tasks.
• Integrate GIS, WMIS, and MDS applications with other enterprise applications.
• Assist team members in operational activities and perform project/process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support a 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; proven experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience as a programmer/analyst in developing and supporting enterprise solutions.
• Experience with enterprise software installation, configuration, administration, and patching in Windows/UNIX environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Ability to work in various locations including field and office environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing mobile and/or web applications.
• Familiarity with ESRI's ArcGIS and Schneider Electric's ArcFM suite of products.
• Experience with CGI's ARM Work Management System.
• Experience with ABB's Service Suite for Field Mobility Operations.
• Experience in integrating with SAP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Citrix, Windows and UNIX Shell scripting, Python, Oracle PL/SQL, ArcGIS SDE.
