About the position

As an Analyst at Qualitas Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting and participating in various functional and technical projects for our clients. This position is designed for entry-level professionals who are eager to develop their skills and interests while laying a strong foundation for a future career in the consulting industry. You will primarily focus on creating and delivering written client work products, which will help you hone your management skills and gain valuable experience in a client-facing environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of project opportunities, including workshops, legal technology implementations, system selections, and business process improvement projects. You will learn about legal operational processes such as contract management, e-billing, matter management, document management, and legal hold. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with Qualitas partners on shared projects, where you will share information, risks, challenges, and solutions to enhance client outcomes. You will work closely with project teams to develop creative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' needs. This includes articulating requirements, designing use cases, and creating test scripts to support implementations. Additionally, you will generate business process artifacts, such as use cases, stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows, and vision scope documents. Your involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will also be essential, as you will assist in creating test cases and ensuring that solutions meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Support workshops, legal technology implementations, system selections, and business process improvement projects for clients.
  • Learn legal operational processes such as contract management, e-billing, matter management, document management, and legal hold.
  • Work in a client-facing environment to help define problems and present recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate with Qualitas partners on shared projects, sharing information, risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Develop creative and scalable solutions for clients in collaboration with the project team.
  • Articulate requirements, design, use cases, and test scripts to support implementations.
  • Generate business process artifacts including use cases, stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows, and vision scope documents.
  • Participate in creating test cases and assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
