About the position

The Executive Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the administration, research, and delivery of executive compensation and equity programs at Vantive. This position is integral to ensuring that the company's compensation practices align with its mission to provide best-in-class care in the kidney care space. The analyst will report to the Senior Director of Executive Compensation and will be involved in various compensation activities, including job evaluations and annual compensation planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support all executive compensation activity, including job evaluations, external hiring, internal mobility, and annual compensation planning.
  • Help with the analysis and administration of company-wide long-term incentive programs, including budgeting, planning, tracking, modeling, and delivery.
  • Participate in coordination, research, and material preparation for Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Facilitate data collection and analysis for executive compensation related materials in the annual proxy statement.
  • Administer annual executive salary surveys and deferred compensation plan.
  • Identify opportunity areas for process/system improvements.
  • Contribute to special projects as they arise.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting statements.
  • Ability to understand and relate to multiple partners from different subject areas.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • History of balancing competing priorities while adapting to changing business needs and meeting deadlines.
  • 1 to 3 years of executive compensation or related experience in a large public company or leading consulting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree.
