About the position

The position involves conducting financial and operational analyses related to Envoy Air's labor contracts. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and maintaining contract valuation models, summarizing complex topics for leadership, and supporting strategic objectives through various analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational analyses related to labor contracts.
• Valuate changes in work rules and employee demographics.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and productivity evaluations.
• Create, update, and maintain contract valuation models.
• Summarize and communicate complex topics to leadership, identifying risks and alternatives.
• Assist with additional projects and ad hoc analyses in support of strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn standard query language.
• Proficiency in organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present data to all levels of management.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Experience sorting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting large data sets.
• Experience with problem solving, forecasting, and advanced financial analytical skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
