About the position

The Analyst Financial Operations at CerpassRX plays a crucial role in interpreting and analyzing data to support the organization's internal financial strategy and network operations. This position involves working on various projects that require the application of statistical techniques to analyze results related to client-side and pharmacy-side contracting, rebates, underwriting, margin analysis, and vendor relationships. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and managing pricing on a monthly basis, focusing on network performance for client contracting. Additionally, the role includes organizing the new client implementation testing process and generating mailer files to address any disruptions during the implementation phase. A significant aspect of this position is the design and development of Power BI analytics dashboards for both client and internal use. The analyst will work both independently and collaboratively within teams to solve business problems and enhance the functionality demanded by business clients. The role requires the ability to perform assignments with minimal direction and to meet deadlines consistently. The analyst will also assist in various areas related to network and pricing builds as needed, while identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns within large and complex data sets. Experience with data warehouses is considered a plus, as the role demands multitasking and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication with both business and technical team members is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques related to internal financial strategy and network operations.
  • Tracking, reporting, and managing pricing monthly on network performance for client contracting.
  • Organizing the new client implementation testing process.
  • Reporting and generating mailer files for new client implementation disruptions.
  • Designing Power BI analytics dashboards for client and internal use.
  • Collaboratively solving business problems and developing functionality for business clients.
  • Performing assignments with little direction and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in other areas of network and pricing builds as needed.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns within large complex data sets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of PBM experience.
  • 3+ years of pharmacy network experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, etc.
  • Experience with pharmacy contracting and network build.
  • Successful experience working from home or remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
